The Blessing of Abraham pt10
What does it mean to be royalty in the kingdom of God? This message digs deep into one of the most profound and often overlooked promises woven throughout Scripture: the blessing of kingship. Rooted in Galatians 3:14 and traced all the way back to the covenant God made with Abraham in Genesis 17, we discover that the promise of kings coming from Abraham's lineage was never just about earthly dynasties. It was always pointing to us. From Genesis to Revelation, Scripture builds a consistent and stunning picture of a people called out of every tribe, tongue, and nation, redeemed by the blood of Christ, and crowned as kings and priests before God. Revelation 1 and 5 make it unmistakably clear: we are made kings and priests, and we shall reign on the earth. This is not abstract theology. It is a living inheritance. The message challenges us to stop being unbelieving believers, picking and choosing which promises apply to us, and instead embrace the full counsel of God's Word. If Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever, and all the promises of God are yes and amen in Him, then the blessing of kingship is as available to us today as it was to Abraham. We are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, and it is time we begin to live like it.
